Power-endurance training focused on building and forming of problem areas, aerobics warm-up, stretching at the end of the lesson. Forming of stomach, buttocks, tights - aerobics warm-up, the most effective exercise for stomach, buttocks and tights, intensive stretch for 15 min.

This style of exercise combines elements of yoga with various dance styles such as classical ballet, modern dance and jazz. At all dance yoga is neither focused on perfect performance nor on large extent of individual positions. The elegance and the enjoyment of movements and new experience are important. It is also suitable for complete beginners.
